Had an excellent time at Jagjeet Sikkim Retreat. The food was good and tasty. Staffs were polite and humble. The good thing is that they packed your meals in case of urgent traveling. Rooms are spacious and clean. Highly recommended for couples and families.

The rooms were comfortable, though not very luxurious.. Must say the service was superb. The boys were really enthusiastic to help and comfort the guests. It's walking distance from MG Road,hence a good location indeed. Food was good too. Recommended for a safe and peaceful stay.

Definitely one of the best hotels where I have stayed in my life ever. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean and well managed. The view of the hotel is amazing too. The food and quality was fabulous and they served Hot food too in less time, we didn't have to wait for the food for a long time. I would definitely go back if I ever visit Sikkim again..

Visited in May 2022 with family. Stayed for 3 nights. 3 Luxury rooms booked by us were not provided to us as they were overbooked. Instead we stayed in standard Comfort rooms for the first night. Very unprofessional services. Front desk manager was a stubborn guy who behaves rudely with guests. It seems as if they are doing a great favour by giving rooms to stay. Rooms were average too. Only Luxury rooms has some views of mountains. Comfort rooms are small and suffocating with no windows also. Food was average and unhygienic. Strictly avoid this hotel. Not recommended

It was excellent experience. Awesome room as shown in pictures. Very good facilities. Good homely food. And very helpfull. And sight seeing car driver also very helpfull. Great experience. Affordable great stay. Awesome stay for couple and family also. Good view from room and all services. Just found too much good at this price range.

This was the best hotel in our Gangtok trip for 2 days. Rooms very really cozy and comfortable. Nice location of the hotel in terms of view of the valley from window and proximity to the MG road.
